Housing is not provided as a part of the program tuition. Most students share apartments or rent rooms from local residents who rent rooms in their homes exclusively to PRTP students.
On-Campus Housing
On-campus housing is extremely limited and primarily assigned to freshmen who are required to live on campus. Contact the Residence Life Office at 928-523-7057 or visit www.nau.edu/reslife for more information.
Room Rentals
Several individuals in the Flagstaff area rent rooms in their homes exclusively to PRTP students. A listing of these individuals will be provided upon acceptance to the program. Rooms typically start at $400 per month.

Camp Navajo
Camp Navajo, an Army National Guard facility located 10 miles west of the NAU campus on Interstate 40 (www.campnavajo.com ) has some housing (barracks and some other shared quarters) and an RV park. Rates start at about $15/night for the RV park and $17/night for shared quarters. For more information, contact their billeting office at 928-773-3152 and let them know you are in the NAU PRTP.
