RELATED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Created and directed the Police and Fire Training Institute at Cuyahoga Community
College Programs Developed: state certified training for private security and state peace officers, federally certified training for park rangers and advanced training and continuing education classes for law enforcement officers and firefighters. Established partnership programs in ranger training with Slippery Rock, Ohio State, Michigan State and Kansas State Universities.
Attained the rank of tenured Professor of Law Enforcement at Cuyahoga Community College.
Selected as the first college-wide Program Coordinator for the Law Enforcement Academic Degree programs at Cuyahoga Community College and held that position for ten years.
Served on National Park Service Law Enforcement Curriculum and Field Training and Evaluation Program Task Forces at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, Georgia 1984, 1989, 1996, 1999, 2002 and 2003.
Served on several curriculum and specialty topic committees for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission, London, Ohio 1998 and 1999.
