St. Patrick's Day Festival - Timeline 2005

 

 

 

 

Friday
11am -        Verde Valley Rental arrives at Plaza Parking to start tent set up

12 to 3pm    John D. to meet Waste Management truck delivering Port-o-lets, rolling cans, and garbage boxes and bags

3pm             Meet students at Historical Park, bring Festival Students over by tents to hang banners, set up cans, rope off beer tent, get familiar, etc.

6pm or so,    Eat pizza

Saturday

8 to 9am       Food booths set up Bounce Castle, Pony ride etc. ( this may interfere with Road race)

9am to 11am    Food booths serving food children activities going on beer truck setting up Sedona Jazz on the Rocks,             with our help,  setting up Beer Garden

10:15            Parade gets down to Festival

10:35            the Knockabouts finish in parade and come over to set up on bandstand

11:15 or so    Parade ends, people pour in, band starts

12pm or so    Band break, awards given

12:30 or so    Band playing, dancers dancing

1:15 or so      Band picks up, other entertainment entertains

2pm             time on special events permit expires, have to shut off taps,clean up, take down banners. Verde            Valley Rental breaking down tents, etc.
