11:00:                   Verdi Valley Rentals arrives and commences rigging of tents and bandstand.

12:00- 15:00:         Waste Management Arrive delivering port-a-loos, bins etc

15:00- 17:00:         NAU students begin to arrive at Jordan Historical Park

                             Commence Rigging of: no parking signage, barricades, banners, bins etc

20:00:                   Eat pizza (staff meeting/ briefing held by NAU) in School Hall

Saturday 12th March 2005

06:00:                   Site inspection by NAU of festival area

                             Continue Rig.

08:00- 09:00:         Children’s activities (bouncy castle, face painting, pony rides and barrel train) arrive and commence set up

                             Food Booths arrive and commence set up

09:00- 11:00:         Food booths commence selling activities

                             Children’s entertainment commences

                             Beer Garden set up (help needed for this from NAU students)

10:15:                   Parade arrives at festival area

10:15:                   The Knockabouts finish in the festival and commence set up in Band Stand area of the festival

11:35:                   The Parade ends, Festival takes over.

                             Knockabouts perform first set

12:00:                   Knockabouts end first set

 

12:00- 12:15:         Parade awards announced (where does this take place, and with whom)

12:15- 13:00:        Knockabouts play Second Set

13:00- 13:30:         Harmony on the Rocks play

13:30- 14:00:         Irish Pipes of Sedona play

14:45:                   Last orders called for the Beer Garden by Band (?)

15:00:                   Permit expires

                             Beer Garden Shuts down

                             Children’s activities and Food Booths Close

16:00:                   Last people leave and de rig commences
