On behalf of the Verde River Canoe Challenge Committee, it is a pleasure to invite you to participate in our eighth annual river event.
The Verde River Canoe Challenge will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with free shuttles departing from Beasley Flats beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 9:30 a.m..
The Verde River Canoe Challenge has traditionally attracted participants from the local and surrounding communities in Northern Arizona and some have even come from as far as Montana.
There are recreational and competitive categories. The race starts on Route 260 at White Bridge Park and finishes at Beasley Flats Recreation Area, 10 miles downriver.
