Please submit your completed application to Dr. Charles Hammersley at his office or his mailbox in Room 116 in the Southwest Forest Science Complex.  Applications will be reviewed by Parks and Recreation Club Executive Board members and Dr. Hammersley.

Applications must be filled out completely and submitted by March 14, 2005.  Late applications will not be considered for the award.
