 | Reserve tables for registration, awards, water stations (4) and chairs

 | Make timing sheets (30) and get 6 clip boards and 20 pens/pencils. |
 | Purchase sidewalk chalk AND safety pins (600) for race numbers (Walmart). |

 | Order T-shirts (pre-registered plus best guess for day-of

 | Measure race course and mark start/finish lines, turns and water
stations |
 | Pick up Helium tank and balloons (Pretty Party Place). |
 | Pick up awards/ribbons. |
 | Pick up T-shirts |
 | Pick up tables (4) and chairs (4). |
 | Purchase 100 water bottles, for finish line. |
 | Pick up drink (McDonalds) containers CUPS (300) and food (oranges &
bananas; twenty lbs. of each). |
 | Compile pre-registration sheets and timing sheets. |

 | 5:00 AM: construct balloon arch. |
 | 6:30 AM: set up registration tables (2) and chairs & decorate tables. |
 | 6:30 AM: set up Start banner/line set up balloon arch and finish line. |
 | 7:00 AM: put water tables and staff out on race course. |
 | 7:00 AM: put out one mile turn around traffic panel. |
 | 7:00 AM: set up timing and finish line recording tables (2) & chairs
(4). |
 | 8:00 AM: after race start put out cones for finish line chute. |
 | 8:00 AM: staff finishing/recording table |
 | 9:00 AM: race over |
 | 9:00 AM: OR when last runner is in. Award ceremony for one mile and 5K |
 | 9:00 AM: pick up and clean up all tables, food, drink and equipment.
