Dear :

Thank you for your incredible support with the Parade. Your $________ pledge of financial support for the Thirty-firsth Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade is greatly needed and for that we thank you.

The support you lend to the parade is not counted in dollars and cents but in the "spirit of community". However, your donation of dollars makes sense and is what allows the parade committee to continue to make this Sedona tradition a reality for the thirty-first year.

This year we have some new and exciting changes. The parade is being coordinated by the Sedona Main Street organization; this means your contribution is tax deductible (tax ID 9 86- 0821532 501(c)(6). In addition, NAU students working towards hands on experience in their chosen field of recreation will be facilitating the activities on Parade Day, March 16th. They will be earning credit towards their education in planning special events.

Finally and most exciting, the parade route has been moved to it's original and historic route. That is right! Uptown. The parade will start at Sedona Heritage Museum and park, proceed down Jordan Road to Mesquite Avenue to Van Deren.

Once again, thank you for supporting this community event. Please make your donation check payable to Sedona Main Street St. Patrick's Parade, P.O. Box 1363, Sedona, A7- 86339. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Sedona Main Street office at 204-2390 or e- mail sedmain@sedona.net.

We took forward to seeing you on Parade day!

Sincerely,

Valerie Mager Erin Fitzgerald Volunteer fund raising committee

Coordinated by: The Sedona Main Street Program, the NAU, Parks and Recreation Management Program
